Helen Amanatiadis’ practice explores the spaces we inhabit – physical, virtual and also spiritual. The space we inhabit is no longer primarily architectural but virtual, to which we are bound via a device permanently attached to our physical body.

Jennie Feyen is currently in a 2016 Art-Science Residency at CULTURE AT WORK. Beneath The Surface is an art-science hybrid film that presents the ocean as a sophisticated life force and incorporate the scientific findings of Sydney-based researchers in marine ecology and coastal urbanisation.

CULTURE AT WORK July holiday workshops 2016 include activities led by artists in a studio environment. Children can draw, build, paint, collage, make craft, collage and more. It’s loads of fun and parents and grandparents with kids welcome to stay or have coffee or lunch at one of the local cafes.

CULTURE AT WORK is a member of the Pyrmont Ultimo Chamber of Commerce and supports the Pyrmont Mudgee Festival 2016 this year by offering free kids art workshops for children with professional artists Laura Jade Hindes and Sherryl Ryan in Pirrama Park on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th May 2016 from 11am to 5pm.
