Pyrmont Children’s Saturday art workshops. Art making activities led by artists in an artist studio environment. Kids can draw, build, paint, collage, zoob, read junior art books, make craft, collage and more. It’s loads of fun and parents and grandparents with kids welcome. The parents seem to enjoy the class as much as their kids!!
Kids holiday workshops aged 4-12 yrs. The program is art and craft based with a range of activities including painting, printing, construction and drawing. The classes focus on the children’s own creativity and imagination with support in skill development, research through technology.
Christine Webb studied painting at Sydney College of the Arts and is passionate about drawing and painting and has exhibited widely in Australia. Travelling back to Italy each year this talented artist and teacher brings the stories of her travels, art history and technical advice to a weekly Wednesday art class for adults at Culture at Work.
The Art Think & Play Saturday workshops are led by artist Sherryl Ryan and artists from Culture at Work’s artist in residence program. The focus of the program is on creative play, engagement with materials and creative thinking skills and relates to the artists research and art making processes in their studios at Culture at Work.
